Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused attention.

In this state, the consciousness is directed inward, and the subconscious becomes particularly receptive to positive impulses.

Similar to daydreaming, you are awake during hypnosis and aware of everything - and that is exactly what makes it so effective.

Hypnosis is not a loss of control – on the contrary:

It offers you the opportunity to get to know yourself better and to promote targeted changes.

How does a hypnosis session work?

Each session begins with a personal preliminary discussion in which we discuss your concerns. I then gently guide you into a relaxed state. During hypnosis, we work specifically with inner imagery, suggestions, or solution-oriented approaches—depending on your issue.

You'll be responsive the entire time, able to remember, and in full control. At the end, you'll be gently guided back—feeling clear and empowered.
